Open to All Staff: Access and Engagement Series Starting Jan. 9

There will be a series of meetings open to all staff to discuss the Access and Engagement Model, starting Tuesday, Jan. 9th at 9:00 AM at Midwest City Library.
The meetings will include a presentation and breakout discussions over the Access and Engagement Model. The meetings with be 1-hour long. The first open session is Jan. 9th at 9:00 at Midwest City Library. Those interested in attending will need to speak with their supervisor.
Overview of the Meeting
Purpose
Provide an overview of what the A&E model really looks like today as each library puts it into action.
Timeline
Presentation: About 15 mins
Topics covered
- How it is different and how it is the same or similar to the past service model
- Improvements to the service model, and what is being developed to further refine the service model
Discussion groups: About 40 mins
Topics covered
- Questions
- Other branches perspectives
- How accurate was the presentation in describing your experience with the A&E Model?
- Did the presentation clear anything up for you?
Wrap up: About 5 mins
There will be 3-5 A&E open meetings for all staff. Dates to be determined.
