Each of the offices and libraries have unique schedules and in an effort to communicate the expectations that each office/library is able to meet we are dedicating a spot on the Intranet to include the following information:

  • Hours of Operation -- this includes the hours the office/library is available for others to contact specific employees.
  • Services Offered
  • How to request services
  • Possibly a few useful links relevant to that office/library

We need each of the managers of the offices and libraries to answer the following questions by Friday, September 14th, so we can more fully develop this resource:

  • What are the hours that the office/library is open always?
  • What services does your office/library provide that are unique to this organization?
  • How does a person request one of your services?

To get this started we have the Planning Office as well as the libraries' staff schedules available.
