eResource Mini Series: TumbleBook Library

Since we can’t meet in-person right now and the Introduction to E-resources workshop has been put on pause, we’ve created an eResource Mini Series to help you learn more about our databases and stay up-to-date on all our digital resources. These monthly videos will take you on a virtual tour of one of our databases and give you ideas about how they can be used.
Part five of the series will show you one of our newest resources: TumbleBook Library! TumbleBook Library is a collection of eBooks, story books, read-alongs, graphic novels, and videos for Kindergarten through sixth grade. The collection is always available with no waiting and no borrowing limits. In addition to traditional eBooks and read-alongs, TumbleBooks has games, puzzles, quizzes, lesson plans, and learning materials for teachers, caregivers, and homeschoolers to help build early literacy skills.
Enroll and watch this month’s video (~16 minutes) in Edubrite here (you will need to login if you’re not already).
You can go back and watch any of the videos in the series at any time:
Job & Career Accelerator
U.S. and World History in Context
National Geographic
EDS, EBSCOhost, and Explora
Next month, there won’t be a new video because we have a great LIVE training opportunity to learn all about NewsBank’s America’s News database. Sign up here to attend this opportunity via Teams on December 8th.
If there is a specific resource or topic you’d like to learn more about in future videos or training opportunties, email Kristine Magers in Collection Development at [email protected].
