Alignment: Departmental Location Transition Plan

Yesterday we held two informational meetings at the Downtown Library to discuss upcoming departmental moves that will collocate departments across the system. We covered the need for the changes, goals of the move, the big picture for which departments will be moving and a general timeline.
This move primarily affects staff located Downtown and at the Service Center. Approximately 70% of staff in these two locations will be staying put, while the other 30% will be relocating (some within their existing building, others to another location). We aim to have everyone shifted by the end of August, but recognize that there are many moving pieces that could affect the overall timeline. Meetings with affected departments are expected to occur within the next two weeks to discuss more detailed logistics of the move. As details are finalized, they will get posted to the Intranet.
Please see the attachments for a copy of the presentation and the list of Questions and Answers that were posed during the two meetings. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me or speak with your supervisor.

I have tried several times to open the Alignment Space Plan Presentation PDF. It keeps saying "Failed to load PDF document".
Ah wait nevermind. I finally got it. It may have been related to internet issues.
I am happy about Collection Management joining us out at the service center, but feeling somewhat rattled about sharing the bathroom with an additional 13 people.
Am I the only one weird enough to have thought of this?
As one of the people coming in - NO. You're not the only one who has thought about this!
I wanted to provide a little assurance from a design perspective. Per Building Code, the number of restrooms at the Service Center are sized to accommodate up to 309 building occupants. I know that design standards and reality do not always mesh, I hope this provides a little reassurance as to the intent. There may be a brief period of adjustment (for staff) to having a few additional bodies at the location, but rest assured that the facilities can take it.
That is very reassuring. As someone who gets bent out of shape if "my" stall is occupied, I'm happy to know the problem is all in my head. :)
I have definitely thought about the one toilet for the first floor staff which already is known for having a line being shared by even more staff. I wonder what the accommodational size is for that.
There are always the restrooms on the 3rd floor (including additional ones in the staff lounge) ... and we also have a couple in the basement ... no waiting! :)
