Aspen Update - A New Public Catalog on Nov. 1st!

Aspen is the new public-facing catalog which guests and staff will be using when we go live on November 1st.  It combines our physical materials from CARL.X with electronic resources for a robust public catalog (aka discovery system).

New York Times All Access

Hello Metro! 

I am pleased to announce that our guests and staff now have access to the New York Times Cooking, Games, Wirecutter, and The Athletic subscriptions.  

Users will access the NYT from the same location on Metro’s homepage as before and will be taken to the same log in screen.  

Users will redeem a code for a free 24-hour subscription and be able to access all of NYT News, Cooking, Games, Wirecutter, and The Athletic.

Fall Book Sale Event - Volunteers Needed!

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

September 15 to October 15 is celebrated in the United States of America as National Hispanic Heritage Month. It traditionally honors the cultures and contributions of both Hispanic and Latino Americans as we celebrate heritage rooted in all Latin American countries.  Check out these courses in MetroU in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
