Reminder: SDD Shirt Swap

Do you have MLS branded or literary themed shirts that you no longer wear? Make room in your closet by donating those to our Shirt Swap that will take place at Staff Development Day.

Those who donate a shirt to the swap will have a chance to “shop” for themselves during morning breaks and the first half of lunch, between 9:10am-12:00pm. We’ll have a list of how many shirts each person donated. If you donated one shirt, you can select one shirt. If you donated two shirts, then you can select two, and so on. 

All MLS staff can “shop” for a shirt after 12:00pm, during the last half of lunch and afternoon breaks even if they didn't donate a shirt. OES donated two boxes of previous year SRP and Friends Booksale shirts, so we'll have extra. One shirt per person during this time so more people can participate. 

Any shirts leftover at the end of the day will be kept for future new employees who may want a shirt for casual Fridays. 

Please keep in mind that you may not find a shirt in your size/preferred style even though you donated to the swap, but you’ll have one less shirt taking up room in your closet. Please only send shirts in good condition. No tears or stains. Launder before sending in. 

To participate, please complete this form with your name and how many shirts you're donating. Send your shirt(s) through interoffice mail to CD: Melissa Weathers by October 3rd. Please include a note with your name or choose to receive an email receipt and print out the form to send with your shirt so I know who it's from. We will be set up by the registration tables starting at 9:10am at Staff Development Day.
