As we near our 'go live' date we know that there are still questions. To ensure those questions are answered and known by the greatest number of employees we need to streamline the process and build in a way to keep track of the questions and answers, which will help reduce the stress on all parties.  Included on this page is a pictorial listing of the ILS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by location.  These folks and/or all manager of library operations are your first point of contact to get your question answered.  Here is the flow each of us need to use.
  1. Ask your SME and/or manager of library operations your question.
  2. The SME or MLO will answer and/or find the answer.
  3. If the question/answer is not on the Q&A the SME or MLO will 'own' the question and work to get the answer by doing one of the following:
    • Contact PLA (606-3822) if the question is regarding a process or how to use the new ILS software.
    • Contact IT (631-2210) if the question is related to non-functioning hardware or software
  4. Once the question is answered, PLA will ensure that the Intranet Q&A is updated.

Much Appreciated!

Thank you so much for adding the SMS carrier lookup. For a while now I could not figure out what to put for Easy Wireless customers. Last week, I finally got a customer who knew that it was Sprint PCS. This is a great tool. As Frank and Ed would say, "And we thank you for your support".
