New York Times All Access
Hello Metro!
I am pleased to announce that our guests and staff now have access to the New York Times Cooking, Games, Wirecutter, and The Athletic subscriptions.
Users will access the NYT from the same location on Metro’s homepage as before and will be taken to the same log in screen.
Users will redeem a code for a free 24-hour subscription and be able to access all of NYT News, Cooking, Games, Wirecutter, and The Athletic.
Users who redeemed a NYT News Only subscription code less than 24 hours ago will need to have their current subscriptions cancelled by NYT, or else wait until their current 24-hour redemption code has expired. They should then be able to redeem a code for a free 24-hour All Access subscription. ***the NYT welcomes users experiencing difficulties to reach out to their Customer Care address ([email protected]) or call 1-800-NYTIMES (698-4637). ***
It may also be helpful for users to clear their browser cache if the code redemption page does not specify the All Access subscription like the screenshot below.

FYI if someone already has a subscription to Games, Cooking, etc the All-Access code won't work for that account. They could consider activating the All Access on a different email address or changing the email for your subscription to then use this email for the new All Access. I ran into this with my Games subscription.
