DN Workgroup Feedback
Melody shared the proposal for unique experiences, products and services identified by the Workgroup. These included a create space, special collections and meeting spaces. She shared a proposal for next steps for the DN collections and services.
Community Libraries Feedback
Chris S. shared a proposed staffing model for the Community Libraries and the Committee discussed.
A&E Workgroup Feedback
Ashley shared Access and Engagement Workgroup proposal and the Committee discussed. She explained the steps the group took to come up with the proposed Community Engagement guidelines which will likely serve as a discussion starter.
Sharing information from Workgroups
Committee and guests discussed how the information from the Workgroups will be shared. Workgroup results will be posted on the Intranet and the Workgroups will respond to the comments and questions.
Results from Staff Preference Survey
Summarized results of the survey were discussed. In some cases, additional information will be needed to finalize the mapping. Considerations were discussed for a secondary preference survey where needed.
Alignment Progress Check/Update calendar
Michele provided an update on tasks completed in the Work Plan.
