ONEcard: Lost/Damaged Materials

Hello everyone!

We have had a few questions recently about how to handle lost/damaged materials on ONEcard accounts. Just to clarify, the procedures for lost/damaged materials on these accounts are the same as for all other accounts. Because there is no account sponsor, please direct any correspondence to the "Parent/Guardian of" the account holder-- this is how OKCPS addresses report cards and other mail.

Please let your supervisor know if you have further questions.
Thanks!
-Meg

AL 200 Account Eligibility Approved by the Commission

To begin simplifying and streamlining our policies, language previously in AL 210 (Library Cards) has been merged into AL 200 (Eligibility) to indicate who is eligible for a library account, and which account type they are eligible to receive. AL 212 (Card Signatures) has been eliminated.

Stay tuned-- procedures and a more thorough introduction to ONEcard will be posted soon.
