• Ric will prepare this draft document.ƒ 
• It will also provide site specific info for bomb threatsƒ 
• It will also provide site specific info for tornadoes
• It will include copies of the "Evacuation Routes"  ƒ 
• (Ric- I will provide a copy of these as installed by J & B graphic under a separate cover.) 
2. Review draft MEMO to Donna  
• This will briefly recommend suggested actions which have surfaced as a result of our critique of the fire drill  
• Todd will issue this a week in advance of the meeting. 
3. Review briefly the roll of the Safety Committee.
