Who will be meeting with current supervisors to discuss their next steps within the organization? What will this process look like? What will this process look like for front line staff?

Tim, Kay and Michele will be meeting with all public services staff over the next four weeks to share information and answer questions about the Alignment. We are working with the Alignment Project Committee to develop the process that will enable staff (including managers) to identify where they see themselves best fitting in the newly aligned Library. Staff should review the documentation and prepare questions for their supervisors, the Committee, and Tim, Kay, and Michele.
