What will staff “below” Managers be restructured as?

In the branches, non-management staff will fall into two categories: Access or Engagement.

Positions in Access include the Access Specialist I and II. In

Engagement they include the Youth Specialist I and II and the Adult Specialist I and II, as well as the children's, teen, and adult librarians.
