What is the difference between Virtual Library and Digital Library?

The Virtual Library is a department that will deliver library services via the web, IM, text, phone, etc.  Digital Library Initiatives will be a department focused on delivering digital content and tools.  Putting it together, Digital Library Initiatives will build tools that the Virtual Library staff will use to serve members.
