Borrowing (AM 100) and Cardholder Responsibilities (AL 310) Aproved by the Commission

Hello Metro Staff,

Changes to AL 310 and AM 100 were approved by the commission at Thursday's meeting. The new policies, attached here, are effective on September 1. Just a reminder that both policies are being re-reviewed in full this fall; the changes noted here are strictly to accommodate our new ONEcard members.
