AL 200.1 & AL 200.2 (AL 200 Procedures)

Hello everyone!
Attached are the updated procedures AL 200.1 and AL 200.2. These go effective along with the revised AL 200 (Account Eligibility) policy on August 1.
Importantly, AL 210.1 (School Procedures for Teachers) has been eliminated; please refer to the AL 200 policy and AL 200.1 procedure for changes re: issuing library accounts to school/college/university employees.
Please direct any questions you have to your supervisor.

I apologize if I am missing something. Are educators and students who work/attend school within our boundaries, but live outside of our boundaries eligible for a card? If so, can you point me to where that is stated?
I see that enrollment/employment papers can be used as ID, but I am wondering if that fully communicates the eligibility?
