Results of the 2020 Culture Survey

We would like to share the results of the culture survey (attached) that we asked all staff to complete in March, 2020. Please note that this survey was completed immediately prior to the COVID19 pandemic. Thus, these results reflect the organization’s culture in March, and may not be entirely accurate currently. Our Library has undergone significant changes since March.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey! The results will help us all better understand our organization and guide us in moving forward.
We apologize for not releasing the results sooner. The pandemic caused a delay in organizing and releasing the information.
