Grants/Funds Update

Our first round of applications for Friends Grants is complete. Thank you to the Friends' board for approving our recommendation to fund projects at Del City and Northwest Libraries. Is your department or location hoping to apply for a Friends Grant? Please see the Friends Grant Form located under the DVS Department forms at: https://my.metrolibrary.info/drupal/document/friends-library-grant-request. Our next application deadline is January 1.

What if your department or location has Commission Special Funds? Commission Special Funds are where donated or granted resources to MLS are held until we are ready to use them. In order to utilize Commission Special Funds, please see the Commission Special Funds Approval form located under the DVS Department forms at: https://my.metrolibrary.info/drupal/document/spending-approval-request-form-commission-special-funds. To view the status of current Commission Special Funds, you can access the Special Funds dashboard in Intacct.

Please note that the required applicant for either form will be the library manager or department manager. Please contact your supervisor with any questions.
