Philosophy and Appreciating Customer Comments ~ WHAT?

The Collection Management Workshop 1 ~ Collection Philosophy and Inviting and Appreciating Library Customer Comments (prerequisite) now has open enrollment (for ALL staff)! Module 1 has events from October 3 to December 6th in EduBrite! This course is a prerequisite for Module 2: Weeding and Promoting Your Collection (Which is another amazing professional development opportunity of fine tune your skills).

BUT WHY? ~ Attend workshop 1 with staff from a variety of positions and levels to gain new insights, share your experiences, collaborate on different ideas and walk away with new tools in your tools box to serve our customers. Even if you already know the Philosophy and how to Invite Comments, come to share your wisdom and knowledge as well as learn from others!
