A Time To Talk Series

I am reaching out to invite you to an open conversation with me that we have titled, a Time to Talk.

In September I visited with staff at each library and department. It was very beneficial to me, and I hope that it was beneficial to you as well. The purpose of a Time to Talk is to have further in-person conversations.  This provides me with the opportunity to hear your thoughts and feedback as well as answer your questions about the library system as your workplace and about the services we offer to the community. There is no formal agenda or list of topics that we will cover. We have an hour scheduled for each session and the conversation is dependent on what staff want to discuss. Feel free to put together some questions and bring those questions with you to ask. In some cases, the questions may be ones I am able to provide helpful information to right away and in other cases, we may need to look into it and get back with you. These meeting times are our opportunity to visit and have conversation...they are a Time to Talk.
