Commission: Finance Committee Meeting Oct. 4

To keep everyone as up to date as possible on Commission meetings, I am going to start posting a reminder to the intranet with a direct link to the agenda for that meeting.

The next meeting is the Finance Committee Meeting on Oct. 4 at the Downtown Library from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

I also wanted to share a few things that I have learned about accessing Commission information that may be helpful to you. If you have additional questions, you are welcome to comment or email me and I will get back to you with the answer.

• Some of the links that have been shared may link you to a "Log In" page on BoardDocs. However, you do not need an account to view the Library's meetings and agendas. To get to the Library's page you can use our Commission page here on the intranet (linked below) or you can get to it from our public-facing website Commission page.
• If you go to a particular meeting in BoardDocs and try to copy and paste the URL from the top of the web page, that link is not going to take you back to the specific meeting page - It is going to take you to the Library's BoardDocs home page. To get the URL for a specific meeting, you have to go to the "share" button located in the top right-hand corner and from there either email or copy the URL.
• If you go to our intranet Commission page, you will see a page with the packets from before we began using BoardDocs. If you go to the taskbar on the right-hand side of that page and click, "Current Commission Packet" it will take you to the BoardDocs homepage. From there you can either click the most recent/upcoming meeting or click the "Meetings" tab located at the top right. 
• The Library's public website also has a Commission Calendar and Commission page.
