Summer Reading Challenge

Today launches the first day of our challenge to increase the average minutes read per SRP participant! I am excited to start this challenge with each of our fantastic library teams. We will update the numbers each day on this post, so you can update your posters. You should receive your posters today. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions. Happy summer reading!

Interesting numbers...

Could you give us a breakdown on how this is calculated? I find it interesting CH has one of the highest Adult min/person averages yet has a surprisingly low overall average.

Great Question!

Thank you for your question! I am taking the total number of minutes read from your branch divided by the total number for participants signed up for the program at your branch. At CH you have 103,593 minutes and 1,144 participants signed up, which comes out to 90.55 minutes per participant. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you for the explanation

Thank you for the explanation. We'll be working hard to help these numbers grow the next couple of weeks!

YES!

Thank you, Andrew! It is my hope that this puts it into perspective, so you can really see your progress and maybe even get a better idea of what works to get your members going by logging their time. We will all get there together:)

Thanks so much for your comment. Based on your comment, we decided to add the raw data so everyone can see the data and how they were configured.

Hope this helps!!
