Alignment: Departmental Location Transition Plan - Update

As promised during the presentation last week, I wanted to keep everyone up-to-date on our progress as we finalize the details for each of the departments that will be relocating over the course of the next two months. We have finalized the plans for the first tier of Department moves. The table below summarizes the schedule for next week.  Each department has received a detailed checklist that explains the timeline of events (see attached for a template). As we look to complete the planning for subsequent tiers, each affected department will be given a similar timeline and responsibilities.
