Job Descriptions
Committee members shared questions and suggested edits to the draft job descriptions. Final draft versions of the brief Public Services and Learning Experiences job descriptions will be shared with staff before Saturday, March 4th. It was acknowledged that some of the workgroups might make recommendations impacting the job descriptions, and that the APC may make additional edits in the future. Additionally, the group will approve the non-public services job description later in the project (it is anticipated that most of these will be job title alterations, as job responsibilities are not expected to change).
Schedule Review
The Committee agreed that the format for the schedule is easy to read and preferable to the automated report from the project software system. The group will assign and distribute responsibilities at the next meeting and public the schedule to staff.
