Julie Ballou, Kay Bauman, Jessica Gonzalez, Michele Gorman, Kelley Hoffman, Taylor Horn, Bobby Reed, Tim Rogers, and Chris Stofel.
The committee discussed the major milestones of the project and reviewed the specific activities under each. The group added a few new milestones and outlined additional tasks to be completed as part of the project. After agreeing on the overall list, the committee discussed the schedule of activity due dates. Committee members will submit their notes and prospective changes to Michele Gorman by Monday (2/20), and she will post a tentative schedule within the next week.
The group also discussed how to better incorporate the entire committee in the Q&A and Forum processes. This item will be placed on the next meeting's agenda.
