Alignment Project Planning Team Minutes - February 03, 2017

Charge

The Committee will be responsible for establishing and communicating the project's scope, schedule, and critical success factors, as well as helping administration work through the budget impacts associated with these items . Additionally, the Committee will identify and work through specific functional teams during the project to ensure that the information it uses to make decisions is accurate and complete.

Committee Ground Rules

• Remember the Core Values;
• The meeting with start and end on time;
• This project is a priority, and each member will make it a priority to attend Committee meetings;
• Each member should be fully present for the meeting (and not completing other work, reading email, etc.);
• All are expected to contribute and to listen to his/her colleagues in order to understand differences;
• Everyone has equal voice on the Committee.

Agenda

1. Overview of the Alignment
   Results:  Kay, Michele, and Tim provided the group with an overview of the Alignment project, outlining the Committee’s responsibilities.
2. Project Scope, Critical Success Factors, and Milestones
   Results:   Tim reviewed the overall scope for the project, and outlined the major milestones.  At its next meeting the Committee will review and revise a draft of the project’s task s, including the individuals responsible, and the tentative due dates.
3. Schedule
   Results:  The draft schedule was presented for discussion.   More information is needed (scope & milestones), and the Committee will release the more complete version in a week or two.  At this point the very tentative completion date is June 30, 2017.
