HelpNow recently updated to include live assistance for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Live FAFSA tutors will be available Mon-Thu from 1PM-10PM* to help both students and parents with completing the FAFSA application.Tutors will be able to assist users at any stage of the application.
On the HelpNow homepage, you will see a Featured Service section. Upon entering this section, you will be able to connect with a live FAFSA tutor.

We would like to share the results of the culture survey (attached) that we asked all staff to complete in March, 2020. Please note that this survey was completed immediately prior to the COVID19 pandemic. Thus, these results reflect the organization’s culture in March, and may not be entirely accurate currently. Our Library has undergone significant changes since March.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey! The results will help us all better understand our organization and guide us in moving forward.
