United Way

The library participates in the United Way campaign because we know how much United Way partner agencies do for our library customers. Partner agencies in our community that you may recognize include the Homeless Alliance, 211, the Boys and Girls Club of Oklahoma, Community Literacy Centers and many others. We encourage Metro staff to consider how the United Way funds benefit our community, including our library customers.  

The 2020 United Way theme is, Come Together For Our Community. With 2020 being such a different year, we hope we can all come together to reach our goal of donating $15,000 to United Way. Our campaign will run from Oct. 19- Oct. 31. Thank you for considering participating in this opportunity and be a part of something that helps so many in our community.
