Shout Out of Appreciation

Now that the new website is live - it's time to celebrate and to give a big shout out of appreciation to the team that worked on this project!  

Thank you to:

  • Morgan Jones for leading this group through a large amount of work in a short timeframe.  This is a huge accomplishment in both a great result and amazing teamwork through the process. 
  • Kellie Delaney for continuing to share her awesome technical expertise in this area in the form of many meetings, phone calls, emails and lots of work behind the scenes, all while still working in EPS.  
  • Kim Terry for gathering photos, icons, and other content as well as checking and double-checking to be sure everything was branded consistently.
  • Sarah Brown for her constant support during the transition by helping develop room reservation procedures and documenting recommendations for our new software and for leading the Central Reserve Team in centralized booking for the last two years. 
  • Tim Spindle for championing the customer help features such as the FAQ, Contact Us, new chat feature, and the calendar and meeting room software.
  • John Utley for taking care of all of the back-end aspects on our side and helping us diagnose problems
  • Buddy Johnson for planning and working with Library Market on the soon-to-be Oklahoma site
  • Janeal Walker and Collection Development for creating book rivers and new book lists for our Explore pages
  • John Rahhal and Charisse Dye who coordinated the set-up of e-commerce platform for online payment of room bookings.
  • Vicki Thompson and Margo Engelmann who helped format content from the old site.
  • Public Service staff who have been training and preparing to provide excellent customer service with our new calendar and room reservation software. 
  • And, a big thank you to everyone else who provided content or who covered other work so their coworkers could work on this project.
