LIBRARY HOSTS OTHERWORLDLY FESTIVAL
When black cats prowl and pumpkins gleam the Library celebrates the spirits of Halloween. The Metropolitan Library System will celebrate the spirits this season with the fourth annual Paranormal Festival during the month of October online.

“We look forward to hosting Paranormal Fest every year – it is such a fun and unique festival for all the Halloween lovers out there – and this year we’re doing it all online. We try to invite a variety of speakers and storytellers and have something for every age to get the whole family in the Halloween spirit,” Downtown Library adult librarian Sarah Brown said.
Speakers will include experts on a variety of topics including Evans Bailey from the Native Oklahoma Bigfoot Research Organization, Marisa Mohi, a local Tarot card reader to help you find what you seek and investigators from Oklahoma MUFON - Mutual UFO Network share their thoughts on the Top 5 Creepiest Alien Species.
