Are you ready to rock this Summer? Join Jenifer Strauss and Will Stuck for the 2018 Music Summer Reading Workshops!
The program includes activity suggestions for STEAM programming, creating musical instruments from unusual recycled materials, suggestions for theme-appropriate books and insights on development for early literacy.
How to Register
Before you can register, you must complete the Event Attendance Request form (Chrome works best) with your supervisor’s signature this form is a request and NOT an approval.
Once you and your supervisor have signed the form, you can scan and return it to [email protected] or interoffice it to the Learning and Development department. Once officially approved you will receive a notification from Learning and Development.
** Supervisor’s and managers when signing off on the form you are granting your staff member permission to attend and be away from your location for the day.**

Just wanted to clarify, since we've had some questions-- this is a state-wide workshop that will provide some general guidance on the national Summer Reading theme and program planning. We'll have our own internal training and extensive resources for Summer Reading coming later this spring.
