New Report Available on OrangeBoy Savannah Dashboard

We (Morgan Jones, Jon Rollman, and Kim Terry) have been hard at work developing new reports that will help Managers across the Library System make data-driven decisions using information available in the OrangeBoy Database. Look for updates in the coming weeks.

The newest report available is the "Systemwide Cluster Comparison across Locations." After selecting a particular cluster from the drop-down menu, you are able to see which libraries have the greatest concentration of the cluster, as well as see what that cluster is doing at each library. (Click on the image below for an example).

This report should be particularly useful to Systemwide Managers or Directors of Member Services who are responsible for multiple library locations. It can also help individual library locations identify "peer libraries" within the system that have similar Cluster Distribution/Usage for brainstorming and sharing best practices for serving those customers.
