Need tech support? Here's who to contact

This list isn't comprehensive but it's a good start.
Contact CIS ([email protected]) for help with issues like:
- Tech support for room booking\event calendar (e.g., modifying staff permissions, updating study room/meeting room webpages, sending receipts for meeting room use to guests)
- Tech support for the website:
- the website is lagging/down
- banners on the website and in Aspen
- a broken link or a typo, especially on pages like study rooms, meeting rooms, the event calendar, and Locations, respectively
- Tech support for the databases (e.g., a database’s link is broken, we’re being prompted to sign-in when it’s unnecessary, the database doesn’t load or properly display search results)
- Tech support for the digital collections (hoopla, OverDrive, etc.)
**If your location has a temporary service disruption (e.g., copier/printer/fax/public computers/Makerspace/internet outage, curbside service is suspended, etc.), please share that info with CIS so we can help guests at their point of contact**
Contact IT ([email protected]) for help with issues like:
- Tech support for the ILS (Carl.X/Carl.Connect)
- The wired and/or wireless network and/or the internet are lagging/down
- Tech support for the hardware (computers, printers, scanners, self-checks, etc.) and software (Windows, Microsoft Office, MyPC, PrinterOn, etc.) used across the system
- Public computer reservation system and/or computers are inaccessible (e.g., Guests cannot sign in)
- Guests cannot print from public computers (If this occurs less than two hours before closing, IT will address it the next business day)
Contact Megan Filipowski ([email protected]) for help with issues like:
- Creating a new page or Universal tag on the website
- Questions about the rotating image slider at metrolibrary.org
- Updates to the Winter Reading page and the Summer Reading page
- Tech support for the Intranet
Contact the Aspen Implementation Team ([email protected]) for help with issues like:
- The catalog is inaccessible/displaying error messages/guests cannot login (NOTE: if this happens on a night or weekend, contact IT)
Contact the Catalog Errors Team ([email protected]) for help with issues like:
- Incorrect information listed for a title (e.g., wrong cover image, wrong description)
- Merging records
For help with ScheduleAnywhere:
- Erin Bedford ([email protected]) is the subject matter expert
- Contact CIS ([email protected]) to open a support ticket with ScheduleAnywhere
