MaxCare's New Website

MaxCare, our prescription carrier, has a new and improved secure member website that launched on January 1.  In order to log in to the new portal, members will need to re-register, as it is an entirely new platform.

Here are a couple of quick tips that might assist you with the registration process:
 
Member ID

• For employees, this will be the Social Security Number (no dashes) with “01” following the SSN.  
• For dependent spouse, this will be the Employee’s SSN, with “02” appended.
• For dependent children, “03”, “04”, etc will be appended based on age (starting with oldest child as “03”).
• Prescription history for dependents under age 18 can be accessed using the Employee logon without the need for a separate logon.

Group Number

• The group number listed on the card is “OCL4184”.  Do not use this.  Instead, please use “LIB”.’
