Bug fixes

  • Corrected an issue where copying an event or reservation and changing the room to one without setup or equipment options was saving values for original equipment or setups that do not exist in the new room.
  • Removed the empty Attendance by Group totals that were displaying on the staff views of reservation and event detail pages (they now only show up if you are using that feature and if data has been entered).
  • Fixed an issue where the event information displayed on the Registrant Print List was calculating the total number of registrants incorrectly (it was counting all registrants, regardless of state, and it will now only count “Complete” registrants).

 

Enhancements

  • Adjusted event details template to not show the message about a library card being required in the registration information box if registration is already closed.
  • Updated the Program Description fields in reports to use the full text description instead of just the title. This will allow full descriptions to be rendered from reports.
  • Adjusted the Reserve by Time page to be reflective of a user’s permissions. Now, staff can input dates and times and see availability based on when they can reserve, not just when patrons can.  Not all staff will be impacted by this update.
  • Adjusted the Room Setup report to include an Age Group field and filter and an Organization field and filter. Corrected an issue where marking either Program Description or Registrant Count in Report Settings as hidden did not remove them from the report table.
  • Improved page load times on the Reserve by Room and Reserve by Time pages.

 

New Features

  • Added a Registrant Lookup feature for staff. Now, when adding registrants as a logged in user, you will see a box called “Remember this Registrant”—check this before saving to remember the patron’s information.

Now, you’ll be able to look this person up by their name, phone number, or email in order to easily register them for another program. Start typing the info in the “Registrant Lookup” search box at the top of the form, and the autofill field will find matching registrants. Click the one you want to add, and their previously-saved data will be added to the new form.

 

LC Calendar Feeds Change Log

  • Updated iCal feed available for individual events (the “Add to Calendar” button) to include the room name.
