Release Version: 3.30.3

Release Date: January 6, 2019

Bug fixes

  • Corrected an issue where any All-Day event or reservation that had a setup or teardown time applied wasn’t appearing in reports filtered for that event date.
  • Corrected an issue where the content type filter for the Events/Reservations report wasn’t being applied to CSV downloads.
  • Corrected an issue on the Room Setup Report where you could not both filter and sort by Room.
  • Updated feeds to ensure that multi-day closings are listed with both their open and close dates and times.
  • Corrected an issue reported by a client where reservation emails occasionally included equipment that hadn’t been selected for that node.
  • Corrected an issue where some button elements weren’t appearing on Safari.

Enhancements

  • There is a MAJOR CHANGE regarding date searching on reports. Previously, you had been instructed that any input in the End Date search field that didn’t include a time of day would assume midnight on the provided day, meaning a search for an End Date of January 6 would not include any events for this day. The new behavior allows you to use date searching in reports more intuitively by assuming end of day, not start of day, for any End Date field, meaning a search for January 6 will include all events up to the end of that day.
  • Removed excess information that was displaying in the Room Setup column of the Events/Reservations report, leaving just the icon image itself.
  • Added field controls for the Contact Name, Contact Email, and Contact Phone fields on the Create Event form that are similar to how they are used on the Reservation Form. The Event Field Settings for those now include a “Hide from anonymous users” checkbox that will allow you to have staff record contact information that is private (i.e., not shown to logged out, patron users).

New Features

  • Added click sorting for the Registrant List that appears on the event details page for logged in users. The list will load by default using the same sort criteria as always (first by Event State, then by Created Date). But now, you will be able to click the column headers for Firs Name, Last Name, State, Authored By, Created, and State Update to sort by those instead. Help text has been added to the area to explain how this works in detail. Please note, this does not currently affect the Registrant Print List (but we’re working on it!).
  • Added new staff-only filters to the Upcoming and Month calendars. These include a radio button selection for either Public events/reservations or Private events/reservations and checkbox selections for your Internal Categories, if any have been created.
  • Created an option for staff to receive registration notifications. When creating an event, there is a new checkbox called “Receive Registrant Notifications for this Event.” Checking this will open an email field where you can add one or more email addresses to receive notifications about new registrants for this event.
  • Added logic for a No-Show registrant state, allowing staff to mark no-show patrons with that state after an event.
