All Staff,

Facilities would like your feedback! In order to help Facilities better understand how to best serve you, you are invited to take the Facilities Internal Customer Survey.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Survey responses can be submitted from now until 6pm on Friday, October 18th. You will also be receiving a link to the survey by email.

Results will be made available during the Operations Town Hall on November 1, 2019 and will be widely communicated thereafter.
