Cybersecurity Compliance (REQ) Course -  All Staff

With recent events impacting some MLS Staff Members and to help educate and identify what to look for when dealing with Phishing, Whaling and Social Engineering all staff are required to complete the "Cybersecurity Compliance (REQ) - ALL Staff" course in EduBrite. 

This 6(m) 56(s) course is due to be complete by close of business on January 31, 2019.

Cybersecurity Compliance (REQ) Advanced Course

Informational Technology (IT) has and Julie Ballou have identified departments/groups that will be required to complete an additional course ~ "Cybersecurity Compliance (REQ) Advanced" (in addition to the  6(m) 56(s) "ALL Staff" course).  The Advanced course is due to be completed by February 28th, 2019.  The following departments/groups are:

  • XChange 
  • BUS
  • IT
  • HUM
  • Leadership Team
  • Administration 
  • CIS

The required course(s) will be assigned to you in EduBrite and will appear on your Dashboard under your "My Items" tab. The above groups will have BOTH courses assigned to them. The All Staff course is NOT a part of the Advanced course and both must be completed.

Lastly, according to LifeLock, nearly 60 million Americans have been affected by Identity Theft in 2018. This number is up from 15 million in 2017!
