When it comes to your library collection, the Library Manager is in the driver's seat. This class will provide a road map as you make decisions in your unique role. You will learn best practices for coordinating the work of your staff in maintaining the collection and strategies for completing future, long-range collection planning.

Access and Engagement Managers (REQ)

As Access and Engagement Managers, teamwork is vital to maintaining the library collection. You will learn best practices in leading your staff to complete collection tasks and strategies for collaborating with each other when Access and Engagement collection tasks overlap.
- Thursday, March 7 at Capitol Hill (Room 1) from 8:30 am to 11:30 am.
- Thursday, March 7 at Capitol Hill (Room 1) from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
- Tuesday, March 12 at Midwest City (Room A) from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
- Wednesday, March 13 at Belle Isle (Room C) from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
- Tuesday, March 26 at the Village (Room A) from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
