August Usage Summaries and New Data Now Available!

In addition to the Library Usage Summaries, which can be accessed Here, several additional data reports are now available to all staff. 

These reports, just like the Usage Summaries, have been downloaded from Tableau into PDFs for each branch. Only the main summary page has been downloaded. These PDFs are located on the Strategic Projects & Planning SharePoint site.Within Tableau, additional information is available. 

If you work in Access or Engagement, your manager has access to Tableau and can help you access additional information if you would like it. You can also email [email protected] if you have additional content you would like to see, or if you have any questions.

The below are now available as PDFs for all staff:

Computer Usage Reports: Shows number of sessions, session length, uniquer users, and wait  time summary data. Shows average number of sessions for each day of the week and hour slot during August. The darker the color of the cells, the more sessions. The reports include data from laptops and computers that require customers to log in through the Envisionware or MyPC programs. Data from Children's computers and other computers that do not require this type of customer log-in are not included.

Library Visit Reports: Shows total monthly visits and average occupants summary data. Shows average number of occupants for each day of the week and hour slot during August. Blue cells are periods of high activity, and yellow cells are periods of low activity. 

Note that some of the smaller libraries with older sensors, and NP and WR in particular, have less reliable occupancy data.

Checkout Timing Reports: Shows the number of items that were checked out by time of the day and by day of the week, broken down by the age group the item is intended for. Darker cells are for periods where more items were checked out.
