Hello everyone!
I wanted to take a quick moment to introduce myself and tell you how excited I am to be joining the team at MLS! I've been through director transitions before, both as the incoming director and as a staff member at a library with a new director coming on, so I know how difficult they can be. Since I won't be starting until after the new year, I wanted to be sure to touch base with you all and not remain a mystery until then.
