1. Welcome
2. Librarian In Charge – sharing of incidents by each of the libraries including the circumstances, the handling by staff, and any follow ups that were relevant. Linda Hyams also gave advice along the way if there were questions from attendees about certain situations and how similar situations were handled in different ways at different locations. Several veteran librarians also shared best practices in dealing with difficult customers and situations. Following the break, Linda had a series of incident reports and incident logs and went through the proper procedures for filling these out and why the wording and details are so crucial.
