CONNECT Minutes - June 2014

Buddy Johnson welcomed the attendees. He reminded everyone about the mission and goals of the CONNECT Forum. Debra Spindle, Research Librarian, Oklahoma History Center was introduced and the floor was given to her to lead a tour of the Oklahoma History Center’s Research Division.

CONNECT Forum First Annual Field Trip - June 2014

June 10, 2014 at the Oklahoma History Center, 800 Nazih Zuhdi Drive 2:00-4:00 pm

Click the link for maps and directions. Parking is free and available on the east side of the History Center. We will convene in the library. Just go left after entering the main doors for a presentation on the research library followed by a tour.

Summer Reading Lists

Virtual Librarian Tim Spindle (PLA) described a new feature of the combined summer reading program that will give adult readers the option of receiving a customized reading list. He asked librarians to consider volunteering for the project, click to read more about the details.
