New Employee Safety Training

As a new employee, you must complete one hour of basic safety training during the first quarter of your employment. Even if your first day on the job is the last day of the calendar quarter, you must complete one hour of safety training that day.

The following topics are required for all employees.  Please complete each training topic and use the New Hire Safety Training Report Form to record your progress.  This completed form must be signed by your supervisor.
