Describe Project and Impact:
Partner more closely with OKCMOA
Project Description and Expected Outcomes:
Bring together two great aspects of downtown OKC for story times, make and takes (or drop in art projects), classes, films, or outings. Could be geared towards children, teens, and adults.
Why should we select this project?:
Since most of these programs are already intact, it would not add a large financial burden. It would bring together two amazing institutions, and bring a large benefit to the community. It could spark ideas for future projects as well.
Constraints, Limitations, or Dependencies:
The only constraints could be communication and time. Possibly funds for supplies.
Source of Inspiration:
I work at OKCMOA and the library! We both offer such great programs and services, and have an amazing staff that a partnership would only make these things even better. And why not? We are just across the street from each other.
