CONNECT Planning Committee Minutes for May 2011

Location:  Belle Isle

In attendance: Angela Thornton, Barbara Johnson, Barbara Beasley, Kim Edwards, Susan Hutchins, Clyde Herrod

We finalized our agenda for June 14th and approved the flyer that will go out at the next manager’s meeting on May 11th. We also discussed options for the September and December forums with a tentative plan of a technology-related forum in September. Details for September will be confirmed in July.

The next Reader’s Advisory forum is set as follows:

June 14th at The Village at 2pm

There is no future planning committee meeting set at this time, although our next meeting will most likely be in August if we survive Summer Reading!
