The group looked over the survey results compilation and discussed the responses given. Consideration was given to what matters we could address through this forum and what was not in our realm of responsibility (i.e. facilitating sharing resources and best practices is in our scope but adjusting the frequency of programmers meetings is not). Barbara Beasley suggested that the items we could feasibly address fall into three main categories.
