Describe Project and Impact:
Give incentive to new card members to come into the library.
Project Description and Expected Outcomes:
As part of our business plan of going out into the community and attending events, we will be able to issue library cards to new members. We would like to have a card that we can give them that they can bring into the library and be entered into a monthly drawing for a $50 Visa Card. This would be an incentive for new members to come to the library and allow us the opportunity to give them a tour and show them how to use their new library card.
Why should we select this project?:
This pilot program is low cost and would meet both metrics of Market Penetration and Member Retention. This program would be provide current data on how our InterReach programs were working.
Constraints, Limitations, or Dependencies:
The program would depend on the number of outreach events attended by the libraries during this pilot period.
