The Security Department (Linda Hyams in particular) initiated training at all locations on the proper way to complete Incident Reports. This training will allow the receivers of the report to accurately analyze what occurred and to respond appropriately.

Strategic Plan Response/Goal: 
Visit a Comfortable Place: All ages recognize their library as a great place both physically and virtually to interact with others due to the noteworthy opportunities provided.
