Training and information will be provided for staff on new databases and materials formats to ensure that they are able to effectively assist customers with new library resources.  Several staff members have participated in the database trials and provided feedback to MSL.

Strategic Plan Response/Goal: 
Information Fluency: All ages can expect friendly guidance on how to locate the best information resources to meet their request or needs.
